Known for his exceptional baseball IQ, leadership qualities, and smooth defensive actions, Camden has built a collegiate career defined by consistency, durability, and winning baseball.

Karczewski began his collegiate career at Triton College, where he was one of the top performers in the NJCAA. Beyond the statistics and awards, Camden’s reputation among coaches has been built on his work ethic, preparation, and dependability. As one collegiate coach stated, “Camden is the same player no matter who we are facing. It doesn’t matter if we are playing LSU, Wright State, or having a scrimmage, Camden is going to be a .300 + D1 career hitter.”

A proven leader with extensive collegiate experience, Camden combines offensive consistency, defensive reliability, and a deep understanding of the game. His work ethic, baseball instincts, and ability to perform consistently on both sides of the ball have made him one of the most respected infielders to emerge from the Joliet area and a valuable asset to any organization seeking a high-character player capable of contributing both on and off the field.
